		<description>Wow. That&#039;s a very realistic fear to have. Frankly, I had not thought of that when I read the note posted on Scott&#039;s blog. I&#039;m the the intent is not to come after bloggers and/or the Mono team for helping drive use of .net but it&#039;s the kind of thing that lawyers could have a potential field day with. 

When I first noticed the announcement, I thought &quot;cool! that&#039;s finally a step in the right direction&quot; the more I heard/read this topic debated the less and less I feel enthusiastic. Good post, Jay.</description>
