That’s a very realistic fear to have. Frankly, I had not thought of that when I read the note posted on Scott’s blog. I’m the the intent is not to come after bloggers and/or the Mono team for helping drive use of .net but it’s the kind of thing that lawyers could have a potential field day with.

When I first noticed the announcement, I thought “cool! that’s finally a step in the right direction” the more I heard/read this topic debated the less and less I feel enthusiastic. Good post, Jay.
